dc.description.abstract[EN] This research presents an innovative methodology for the diachronic interpretation of architectural ruins through hybrid 360º environments. Focusing on the House of Amaro Pargo (Tenerife), a building in an advanced state of decay, the study evaluates an incremental digital documentation process across three stages: spherical photography, integration of multimedia data, and hybridization with 3D virtual reconstructions. Using tools such as CloudPano and Twinmotion, a navigation system was developed to allow real-time visual transitions between the current ruin and its historical hypothesis. The effectiveness of the proposal was validated by a panel of 16 experts through comparative tests. Results demonstrate that the combination of photorealistic recording and virtual synthesis significantly reduces cognitive effort and improves spatial understanding of lost volumes. This work highlights the relevance of hybrid immersive environments as essential tools for the graphic recovery and dissemination of threatened domestic heritage.es_ES
