Estigmes de l’esquizofrènia en el cinema. Anàlisi de la pel·lícula Clean, Shaven

Abstract

[CA] Amb aquest TFG es vol donar a conèixer com va sorgir la temàtica de les malalties mentals al cinema, a la vegada quasi que començà el cinema primitiu. S'investigaran, a més, els estigmes sobre l esquizofrènia que el cinema més perpetua i que estan implantats en la societat i es donaran dades d allò que realment els ocorre a les persones amb aquesta malaltia. S'analitzarà també la pel lícula Clean, Shaven (L. Kerrigan, 1993) tant en la part argumental i la visió que ofereix de la malaltia, com en la part formal, que destaca pel tractament curiós i original de l esquizofrènia des de la perspectiva del malalt mental, intentant fer-nos sentir allò que la persona que la pateix pot arribar a experimentar.

[EN] The aim of this dissertation is to explain the beginning of mental disorders topic s treatment in the cinema, that births almost at the same time that the first films. It goes after the investigation of the social stigma about schizophrenic people in the films and how the majority of population don t know properly about this disorder because of the cinema s influence. Then, it is therefore about explaining the real facts and compare with the information offered in the films. Finally, the film Clean, Shaven (L. Kerrigan, 1993) is analyzed in two aspects: On one hand the plot, the descriptions and the treatment of schizophrenia. On the other hand, the audiovisual aspects because it is an original film that shows us the mental disorder narrated in first person.
