dc.description.abstract[EN] It is commonly known that, in addition to social and economic changes, one of the most important elements when evaluating the quality of life of a community, region or country is the quality of its infrastructure. In these times, building construction seeks the maximum optimization of two factors that are considered above the rest: time and economy. Leaving aside other components that will be essential if we want to achieve the objective of having a sustainable development towards the future. Because of this, in recent years the idea of construction based on precast elements has gained strength. It is a system that offers parts (usually concrete) produced in series in a workshop. This provides the possibility to reduce costs as the production scale increases, achieve better properties (mechanical, chemical, finishes ...) and, in general, achieve a more homogeneous and higher quality product than the one built on site. The biggest problem this system carries with it , and it is inherited from the previous construction systems, is the enormous environmental cost that it has. And it is that traditional construction processes generate more than 50% of the world's pollutants because of the use of fossil fuels, energy demand, etc. Another system that has also grown in recent years although at a much lower level is the one of construction with earth elements, like the one mankind has used for over 7,000 years. Some of the advantages it offers are: much lower environmental costs and impact, it enhances local work and provides independence from external agents (variation in the price of oil or other materials). However, although it is a feasible system, its use is not very common because there are not many companies that dedicate themselves to it, due to the great amount of time and effort that it requires and because when manufactured on site, the parts obtained are far from the quality and property standards offered by precast. In developing countries such as India or some of Latin America, it is urgent to find a solution to the housing and infrastructure needs produced by exponential demographic growth, and that this response be in accordance with the economic, social and economic needs or possibilities. environment. It is from this premise that the idea of this TFG was born. The combination of the positive elements typical of the precast system with those of the construction on rammed earth opens a new field of work with enormous potential and posible encouraging results in order to reach the idea of having a more balanced and sustainable model for the future. Therefore, the objective of this work is to obtain a system of prefabrication and assembly of blocks built with an earth base. This system will also reduce production costs and time, generating a minimal environmental impact. The obtained products will be easily reusable and the system will be exportable to developing countries. This, in turn, will allow the local economy to be strengthened, the indigenous population to be empowered and a circular economy to be created.en_EN
