Residencia universitaria como nodo urbano.

[ES] El objetivo del presente TFM es el desarrollo de una residencia universitaria ubicada en el casco antiguo de Valencia. Se pretende potenciar y rehabilitar el espacio de la parcela, sirviendo al mismo tiempo de nodo urbano. El proyecto permite vincular todos los espacios que rodean la parcela, mediante circulaciones y dotaciones dentro de la propia zona de actuación.

[EN] The objective of this final project is the development of a university residence located in the historic centre of Valencia. It is intended to enhance and rehabilitate the space of the plot, serving at the same time as an urban node. The project allows linking all the spaces that surround the plot, through circulations and endowments within the action area itself.
