Reforma interior de vivienda unifamiliar en Santa Eulalia-Teruel

[ES] El objetivo principal del presente documento es adecuar la distribución de la vivienda unifamiliar a las necesidades de confort y bienestar de los actuales dueños, mejorando la relación de los espacios de la vivienda. La actuación no comprende actuaciones de modificación de estructura, ni de cubiertas, ni de fachada, se limita al acondicionamiento y renovación parcial del interior del espacio de vivienda, donde se prevé una demolición parcial de la tabiquería de las estancias principales de la vivienda, para generar unas nuevas en algunos casos y conseguir una mayor amplitud en otros. Para dicha actuación, se ha aplicado la normativa vigente para garantizar el cumplimiento de la misma tanto en el estado actual de la vivienda como en el resultado final.

[EN] The main objective of this document is to adapt the distribution of the single-family home to the comfort and well-being needs of the current owners, improving the relationship of the housing spaces. The action does not include actions of modification of structure, or roofs, or façade, is limited to the conditioning and partial renovation of the interior of the housing space, which provides for a partial demolition of the partition of the main rooms of the house, for generate new ones in some cases and achieve greater scope in others. For this action, the current regulations have been applied, to guarantee compliance with the same in both the current state of the home and the final result
