[ES] En la reestructuración de la vivienda urbana que se presenta, el hormigón es la clave del proyecto, tanto constructiva como espacialmente. Sus cualidades estructurales permiten resolver los requerimientos concretos de esta edificación. Sus cualidades materiales, de textura y color, permiten caracterizar los espacios de forma continua en la vivienda. La conjugación adecuada de ambos aspectos permite transmitir al habitante la memoria de la casa, de cómo se hizo y de cómo está configurada.
