Los músicos callejeros. Proyecto de un cuaderno poético ilustrado

Abstract

[EN] We wanted to address the world of street musicians and expose through painting an attitude, feelings, the relationship that the musician lives with society and focus all of this with the gaze of the portrait, its colors and brushstrokes. The street musicians from the watercolor, the impact that they manifest when an artistic work is done in the street, in a disinterested way and captured by citizens with different views. In this visual observation we want to introduce all the elements that an artist can absorb in his creative process, live the experience from each and every one of the aspects that the moment of the portrait can allow. Each painting supposes a different and particular experience, but all will be united by the music, by emotions that are repeated in each small concert and that are heard in the streets. Street musicians live a reality with society that is difficult to fit in, they represent a part of the soul that excites and rejects, a feeling that quickly passes into oblivion. Music in the streets is the protagonist of the project, making it visible and painting its songs is part of the objective, capturing an instant to make it perennial, leaving its gestures immersed in the canvas. In summary, the work aims to show the experience and the encounter with musicians who express their own experience with their instruments, in any street in the city that sometimes welcomes them and sometimes rejects them, wanting to be heard or simply getting intimate with their music from accidentally in our path.

[ES] Hemos querido abordar el mundo de los músicos callejeros y exponer a través de la pintura una actitud, sentimientos, la relación que el músico vive con la sociedad y enfocar todo ello con la mirada del retrato, sus colores y pinceladas. Los músicos callejeros desde la acuarela, el impacto que manifiestan cuando una obra artística se realiza en la calle, de forma desinteresada y captada por ciudadanos de miradas diferentes. En esta observación plástica se quiere introducir todos los elementos que un artista puede absorber en su proceso creativo, vivir la experiencia desde todos y cada unos de los aspectos que el instante del encuentro puede permitir. Cada pintura supone una vivencia diferente y particular, pero todos estarán unidos por la música, por emociones que se repiten en cada pequeño concierto y que se escucha en las calles. Los músicos callejeros viven una realidad con la sociedad de difícil encaje, representan una parte del alma que emociona y rechaza, un sentimiento que pasa rápidamente al olvido. La música en la calles es la protagonista del proyecto, hacerla visible y pintar sus canciones es parte del objetivo, capturar un instante para hacerlo perenne, dejando sus gestos inmersos en el lienzo. En resumen, el trabajo pretende mostrar la vivencia y el encuentro con músicos que expresan con sus instrumentos su propia experiencia, en una calle cualquiera de la ciudad que en ocasiones los acoge y otras los rechaza, deseando ser escuchados o simplemente intimando con su música de forma accidental a nuestro paso.
