Diseño y análisis estructural del chasis de una motocicleta de competición

Abstract

[EN] In the present work will focus on the proposal of the design of a racing motorcycle frame with a 250cc four stroke engine, inside of the MotoStudent 2015/2016 project. First we will see those general aspects more important that affect to the design and fabrication of the frame structure. This implies a brief description about the origin and the evolution of the different types of frames that there has been during the history and the different material options. Afterwards we continue, with the selected frame and the material that is going to be used to the design, on its following fabrication, with the calculations descriptions and the structural analysis necessary in order to meet the motorcycle marked requirements. Finally, the results obtained are presented in terms of the maximum supported tensions and the deformations.

[ES] Este TFG tiene como objetivo el diseño y análisis estructural del chasis de una motocicleta de competición, teniendo en cuenta las acciones dinámicas de aceleración, frenada y paso por curva. Las tareas a llevar a cabo para la elaboración del trabajo serán: - Estudio dinámico de la motocicleta - Diseño preliminar del chasis - Análisis estructural mediante elementos finitos - Optimización del diseño en base a criterios de resistencia y rigidez.
