Estudi de Paisatge del municipi de La Pobla del Duc (València)

Abstract

[ES] El treball consistirà en l'elaboració de l'estudi de paisatge del municipi de la Pobla del Duc (València), d'acord amb l'annex I de la Llei d'Ordenació del Territori, Urbanisme i Paisatge de la Comunitat Valenciana: a) Breu descripció del pla i dels seus objectius. b) Caracterització del paisatge i determinació de la seua valoració i fragilitat. c) Anàlisi visual del municipi. d) Els objectius de qualitat paisatgística. e) L'avaluació de les alternatives seleccionades. f) Els probables efectes del pla sobre el paisatge. g) Les mesures i les accions necessàries per al compliment dels objectius de qualitat paisatgística.

[EN] The work will consist of the elaboration of the study of landscape of the municipality of la Pobla del Duc (València), in accordance with the annex I of law of territorial planning, urbanism and landscape of the Valencian Community: a) Brief description of the plan and its objectives. b) Characterization of the landscape and determination of its valuation and fragility. c) Visual analysis of the municipality. d) Landscape quality objectives. e) The evaluation of the selected alternatives. f) The probable effects of the plan on the landscape. g) The measures and actions necessary to meet the objectives of landscape quality.
