Habitat Cooperativo de inclusión Social Na-Rovella

Abstract

[ES] A partir de un estudio conjunto del lugar, se realiza un proyecto que busca definir la caracterización de tipos de viviendas con nuevos enfoques de habitar bajo las premisas economía, sociedad y medio ambiente. El proyecto está ubicado en la zona de Na Rovella, barrio de la ciudad de Valencia, perteneciente al distrito de Quatre Carreres. En este marco, el propósito de este trabajo es realizar un conjunto urbano, que apueste por la valorización de las características y posibilidades de vivienda cooperativa. Con la finalidad de cumplir con las premisas se pretende ahondar en los temas de morfología urbana y en la definición tanto tipológica, como espacial, constructiva, y estructural de la propuesta de proyecto.

[EN] Based on a joint study of the place, a project is carried out that seeks to define the characterisation of types of housing with new approaches to living under the premises of economy, society and environment. The project is located in the area of Na Rovella, a neighbourhood in the city of Valencia, belonging to the district of Quatre Carreres. Within this framework, the purpose of this work is to create an urban complex, which is committed to the valorisation of the characteristics and possibilities of cooperative housing. In order to fulfil these premises, the aim is to delve into the issues of urban morphology and the typological, spatial, constructive and structural definition of the project proposal.
