LA GOLA: Proyecto de Rehabilitación del Club Náutico del Perelló

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo propuesto como proyecto final de carrera plantea la rehabilitación del Club Náutico del Perelló (Sueca), junto con la renovación integral del entorno urbano circundante. El objetivo principal es potenciar el Náutico del Perelló para introducir más espacios de ocio, cultura y enseñanza en la localidad y fortalecer la conexión entre la vida urbana y el mar. Esta iniciativa no solo apunta a mejorar la infraestructura náutica existente, sino también a crear áreas públicas y espacios de recreación que enriquezcan la calidad de vida de los residentes. En síntesis, el proyecto busca revitalizar el Perelló, estableciendo un equilibrio armonioso entre la vida urbana y la riqueza natural de su entorno costero.
