Study of the restaurant industry in Lappeenranta

Abstract

[EN] The primary objective is the feasibility study of a restaurant in the Finnish city of Lappeenranta. From there it should be studied the direct competition, that is, evidently, divided by the city of Lappeenranta. After taking all these clear data and how competition has developed in the city, we try to figure out the tastes and preferences of citizens, residents and workers in the city to adapt their tastes to our offer.

[ES] El objeto principal del proyecto, desde el momento en que se planteó, fue la de realizar, un plan de empresa sobre un negocio en la ciudad finlandesa de Lappeenranta con un estudio de mercado que sustentase una base sólida que garantizase, al menos de forma teórica, el éxito del negocio.
