Estudio, análisis y metodología en la redacción del Catálogo de Protecciones del Patrimonio Arquitectónico del núcleo histórico tradicional de Alpuente

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Final de Máster estudia el municipio de Alpuente y su patrimonio construido dentro del NHT de la Villa. Se trata de un municipio polinuclear ubicado en la comarca de Los Serranos, a unos 90 km de la ciudad de Valencia y a unos 900 m de altitud, rodeado de numerosos barrancos y muelas rocosas. Su término municipal está formado por 17 pequeños núcleos de población, de los que cuatro se encuentran totalmente deshabitados. A través del trabajo se pretende dar a conocer el valor patrimonial del núcleo poblacional de Alpuente en los ámbitos arquitectónico, paleontológico, arqueológico, etnológico y paisajístico, así como se pretende mostrar la metodología seguida en la redacción del Catálogo de Protecciones de la Villa de Alpuente, como núcleo urbano principal del término municipal. La protección del patrimonio se articula a través de instrumentos que tienen como objetivo velar por la preservación y conservación de los espacios que lo integran, por lo que la redacción de un documento completo, como el Catálogo, en cuanto a la identificación de los bienes y espacios a proteger y la determinación de su régimen jurídico de protección es primordial para la preservación de los bienes inmuebles que, en éste caso, se encuentran parcialmente protegidos por las Normas subsidiarias de 1990 y que a lo largo de los años han sufrido reformas e intervenciones impropias. La redacción de éste catálogo se ha realizado adoptando criterios claros y homogéneos y según la normativa vigente a nivel estatal, autonómico y local. Además, se ha realizado un estudio y análisis minucioso de los antecedentes históricos del municipio, de su evolución urbanística, del núcleo histórico tradicional, de los BIC, de los BRL y de las viviendas tradicionales presentes en el municipio, de manera que se obtiene un documento de protección y conservación el patrimonio construido, que fomente la erradicación de futuras malas praxis.

[EN] In the present Master's Thesis, we study the town of Alpuente and the architectural heritage built inside the historical district. The township, with several small villages, is located in the region of Los Serranos, about 90 km from the city of Valencia at 900m altitude, surrounded by numerous ravines and rocky mountains. Through this research, we intend to show, not only the great heritage value of its historic center, in terms of its architectural, paleontological, archaeological, ethnological and landscape heritage, but also it is described the methodology followed in the design of the Catalogue of Heritage Protection of Alpuente, the main village of the township. The heritage protection is carried out through instruments that aim at ensuring the preservation and conservation of the spaces that form the village, so that the writing of a complete document, such as the Catalogue, in terms of the identification of the real estates to be protected and the determination of their juridical regime of protection is essential for the preservation of estates, which in this case are partially protected by the Urban Rules of 1990, which have allowed inappropriate refurbishments and renewals along the years. The elaboration of this catalogue has been carried out adopting clear and homogeneous criteria and according to the current state, regional and municipal legislation. In addition, a detailed study and analysis of the historical background of the town, its urban development, the traditional historical center, the properties with Cultural Interest (BIC), the inventoried Properties (BRL) and the traditional dwellings in the municipality has been researched. Thus, we obtain through this catalogue a document of preservation of the built heritage, in addition to the proper tool for preventing future unsuitable practices.
