Las torres de Écija: análisis histórico, constructivo y patológico

Abstract

[ES] La ciudad de Écija posee un patrimonio de un valor excepcional, destacando en él las torres de las iglesias. En el caso de la ciudad de Écija, las torres representan un símbolo, siendo llamada "La ciudad de las torres", lo que muestra que no sólo su valor artístico las hace tan valiosas. El presente trabajo hace un recorrido por la historia de la ciudad, describiendo de forma general la aparición de las torres. Una vez conocido esto, se realizará un estudio pormenorizado con el que se mostrarán cada uno de los edificios y todas las características necesarias para su correcto conocimiento. Posteriormente se realiza un estudio constructivo y patológico. Este estudio contiene un análisis de las tipologías que hay en la ciudad y de sus elementos constructivos, así como los materiales que se encuentran en las mismas. Además, con el estudio se realiza un análisis patológico que mostrará el estado actual. Para concluir se realiza la propuesta para mejorar la situación actual que presentan.

[EN] The city of Écija has a heritage of excepcional value, highlighting in it the towers of the churches. In Ecija, the towers represent an emblem, being called "The city of the towers", which shows that it is not only its artistic value that make it so valuable. This study makes a travel by the history of the city, describing the towers occurrence in a general form. Once this is known, we will make a detailed study where it will show all the buildings and all their features which are necessary in their correct knowledge. After that, we will make a constructive and pathological study. This study has an analysis of the different types of buildings which are in the city, their different constructive elements and the materials which have been built each one. Furthermore, we make a pathological study which shows us the current condition that they have. Finally, we make an approach to improve their current condition.
