Estrategias de regeneración urbana en San Isidro: viviendas intergeneracionales

Abstract

[ES] Habitar es vivir, y vivir es convivir con la gente y con el entorno, porque habitar, habitamos, o al menos estamos, en todo tiempo y en cualquier lugar. Es un concepto muy amplio, pero el lugar primero de convivencia, donde uno primero vive, es dentro de su familia, la cual habita en una casa. La casa, la vivienda, es donde se da la convivencia más pura, donde manifestamos nuestras necesidades y exigencias, que pueden ser tan diferentes como diferentes somos según educación, cultura, costumbres, edad, ideología, etc. En este proyecto, se estudiarán una serie de estrategias con las que se romperá la rígida estructura del entorno doméstico, reconsiderando los estereotipos asumidos y las actitudes que estos conllevan, intentando un proyecto contemporáneo de vivienda. Un entorno doméstico que comienza en el aparcamiento situado en la planta sótano, un aparcamiento compartido entre los dos bloques de edificios. Desde el aparcamiento, se ofrece un recorrido peatonal que sirve como filtro entre la zona pública y la privacidad de la vivienda, la cual ofrecerá el entorno doméstico buscado por el hombre. Me refiero a la célula mínima del espacio de uso cotidiano, al espacio de la vida privada, e intento indagar qué relaciones mantiene el hombre con ese espacio: casa, lugar, residencia. Cómo ese hábitat-vivienda se liga a su vida y cómo sus cambios son cambios de la actitud del hombre. Cómo ese espacio se personaliza, se va haciendo de uno frente al espacio de los otros y cómo el hombre construye su mundo en él. Se puede entender como un lugar donde construye su vida.

[EN] Inhabiting is living, and living is coexisting with other people, with the surroundings. Because we inhabit, or at least we let ourselves be at all times and in any place. It's a broad concept; the first coexisting situation, where one first lives is within its family. This family inhabits a house. The house, the dwelling, is where the most pure coexistance takes place. Where we evince our necessities and our requests, that may differ as much as our educations, cultures, habits, ages, ideologies, etc. In this project a series of strategies will be studied in order to redesing the established rigid domestic environment, reconsidering the granted stereotypes and the attitudes that these imply, working a contemporary house project out. A domestic environment that starts in the parking area located in the basement floor, a parking lot shared between the two adjacent buildings. From this point a pedestrian pathway is offered, filtering the public zone from the house privacy, privacy provided by the dwelling so eagerly searched by the inhabitants. I'm refering to the minimum cell of the every day space, to the private life space and try to enquire into the relationships between the man with this space; house, place, residence. How that hábitat-housing is linked to its life and how its changes are changes in the man's attitude. How that space is able to be customized, becomes the space of one's own opposite to the space of others and how man builds its world in it. It can be understood as a place to build life.
