Metodología BIM para proyectos de ingeniería civil

Abstract

[ES] La Metodología BIM no es algo nuevo, esta lleva existiendo desde hace más de una década y ha sido utilizada por empresas constructoras, promotores y agencias gubernamentales para poder tomar ventaja de ella. Y es que La Metodología BIM es una gran ventaja a tener en cuenta, y no solo por el gran avance tecnológico que trae consigo por los nuevos softwares que está saliendo al mercado, sino porque trae consigo una mentalidad colaborativa que va a modificar a mejor la que se tiene hoy en día. Es esto mismo lo que se quiere expresar en este Trabajo Final de Grado, la importancia de implantar de forma satisfactoria la Metodología BIM en la industria AEC y de forma más específica en la obra civil. Hasta ahora la Edificación lleva la delantera en cuando a desarrollo tecnológico ya que es la más estandarizada, pero la Ingeniería Civil está empezando a levantarse y con ella una nueva forma de trabajar. Es por eso por lo que en el siguiente texto se van a exponer las ideas claves que deben de tenerse claras para poder enfrentarse a este nuevo salto.

[EN] BIM Methodology is nothing new, it exists since more than a decade and it’s been used by the key stakeholders (constructors, Government Agencies, owners) to take advantage from it. That is because BIM Methodology is a great Benefit to have in mind and not only for the technology quantum leap that it carries with it for all the new software that is emerging, but also because of the collaborative mentality that is going to change for good the one that it’s been having nowadays. It’s this idea what is intent to express on this Bachelor Final Project, the level of importance of making a satisfactory BIM implant in the AEC Industry and being more specific in the Civil Construction. Since now Edification construction takes the lead as for technology development as it is more standardize, but Civil Construction is Beginning to wake up and with this new Methodology a new way of working. It’s because for all that it’s been said that in the next text it’s going to be exposed the key ideas that should been taken place to have a clear idea of what it is and how you can affront this new leap to the future.
