Estudio detallado estandarización de un Snap Fit Clip para piezas plásticas del sector del automóvil

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo consiste en el estudio detallado de un Snap Fit Clip para la empresa SRG Global Líria SLU. Comienza viendo aquellos aspectos que, en cierta manera, afectan al diseño y fabricación de la estructura del Snap Fit Clip, lo que implica un estudio de los diferentes tipos de materiales que pueden ser empleados para seleccionar el de mejor desempeño y posteriormente poder identificar posibles rectificaciones al diseño para optimizar el sistema de unión, y a la experiencia obtenida en la empresa. Continúa, a partir del Snap Fit Clip que se va a diseñar y el material elegido a utilizar, con la realización de los cálculos necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos marcados por la empresa, para su posterior fabricación. Finalmente, se expone los resultados obtenidos en los ensayos realizados con las piezas físicas.

[EN] This work consist in the study of one Snap Fit Clip for the company SRG Global Líria SLU. First we will see those aspects that in certain way affect the design and the fabrication to the structure for the Snap Fit Clip, which implies a study of the different types of materials that can be used to select the best performance and later to identify possible rectifications to the design to optimize the union system, and to the experience obtained in the company. Afterwards we continue, once we have determined the material will use in its following fabrication, with the needed calculations done accomplish the requirements. Finally, we expose the results of the test realiced with the physical piece.
