dc.description.abstract | In this work we have analyzed the function and the structure of Mip6p. We have explored the role of conserved secondary structure of exon2 and intron2 of SUS1 gene and its impact in its splicing. We conclude that MIP6 have three conserved RRM domains and that SUS1 gene has conserved structures that might contribute to regulate its splicing. | es_ES |
