Integración entre Salesforce y un sistema externo

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este proyecto es el desarrollo de un sistema de integración de información manejada por dos sistemas, Salesforce y un sistema externo, que asegure que dichos sistemas permanezcan alineados durante su funcionamiento. Para ello, será necesario crear nuevos servicios expuestos en Salesforce para habilitar la creación y modificación de información desde el sistema externo así como desarrollar la estructura para hacer uso de las invocaciones a los servicios del sistema externo, ya implementados, para la creación y modificación de la información desde Salesforce al sistema externo.

[EN] The main objective of this project is the development of an information integration system managed by two systems, Salesforce and an external system, which ensures that these systems remain aligned during operation. For this, it will be necessary to create new services exposed in Salesforce to enable the creation and modification of information from the external system as well as to develop the structure to make use of the invocations to the external system services, already implemented, for the creation and modification of the information from Salesforce to the external system.
