Control estructural del hotel Selomar en Benidorm con técnicas geomáticas

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este TFG es obtener un modelo 3D de alta resolución de la estructura (pilares, vigas, forjados, etc.) y fachadas del hotel Selomar, situado en Benidorm (Alicante). Este hotel cerrado y abandonado desde 2006, sufrió un incendio en 2015, que deterioro aún más la estructura del mismo. Para su apertura, se quiere abordar una reforma integral, no sin antes reparar la estructura, que va ser cartografía a partir de levantamientos geomáticos con estaciones totales y sistemas láser escáner, que permitirán obtener una nube de puntos de alta densidad y precisión para a partir de ellos, realizar los respectivos controles dimensionales y geométricos.

[EN] The aim of this TFG consist in a 3D model of high resolution of the structure (pillars, beams, forged, etc.) and facade of the Selomar hotel, located in Benidorm (Alicante). This hotel, closed and abandoned since 2006, suffered a fire in 2015; the structure was deteriorated. Owners want to make a reform, repairing the structure. In this TFG, the student mapping with total stations and laser scanner systems, which will allow a cloud of high density and accuracy points. With the 3D model, its will be made dimensional and geometric controls.
