SIMULACIÓN DEL PROCESO DE DISEÑO Y PROTOTIPADO DE UNA BICICLETA ELÉCTRICA EN UNA EMPRESA MULTINACIONAL BASADO EN LA SOLUCIÓN SAP PS

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto de fin de carrera que se detalla en las siguientes paginas tiene la finalidad de realizar el diseño básico y la posterior fabricación de una bicicleta eléctrica, en una empresa multinacional ficticia, que utiliza SAP como software de gestión de la información.

En primer lugar, se realizará una pequeña introducción donde se presentaran los objetivos y la empresa multinacional. También se realizará una descripción completa de la bicicleta eléctrica, donde se definirán y conocerán todos sus elementos. Al mismo tiempo, se analizará el mercado de la bicicleta en España, conociendo todas las empresas punteras de este sector.

Después, se realizará el diseño del producto elegido. Para ello, se preguntará a los usuarios, por medio de encuesta, con el objetivo de recoger las cualidades imprescindibles que tiene que tener el producto. Seguidamente, utilizando la técnica QFD, se transformarán esas demandas en información técnica.

Con las especificaciones técnicas definidas, se explicará que son los ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) y las ventajas que conlleva la utilización de estos sistemas para gestionar la información dentro de una empresa. Por último, se llevara a cabo la fabricación del producto utilizando SAP, líder en ERP¿s.

[EN] The end-of-career project detailed in the following pages has the purpose of making the basic design and the subsequent manufacture of an electric bicycle, in a fictitious multinational company, which uses SAP as information management software.

First, there will be a short introduction where the objectives and the multinational company will be presented. A complete description of the electric bicycle will also be made, where all its elements will be defined and known. At the same time, the bicycle market in Spain will be analyzed, knowing all the leading companies in this sector.

Then, the design of the chosen product will be made. To do this, users will be asked, through a survey, with the objective of collecting the essential qualities that the product must have. Next, using the QFD technique, these demands will be transformed into technical information.

With the technical specifications defined, it will be explained that they are the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and the advantages of using these systems to manage information within a company. Finally, the manufacturing of the product will be carried out using SAP, leader in ERP's.
