ANÁLISIS DEL PROCESO DE PLANIFICACIÓN Y PROGRAMACIÓN DE LA PRODUCCIÓN PARA LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LA HERRAMIENTA SIMATIC IT PREACTOR EN EL ERP DE LA EMPRESA VALENCIANA RNB COSMÉTICOS

Abstract

[ES] La planificación en la empresa valenciana RNB COSMETICOS ha aumentado en complejidad en los últimos años dado al incremento de clientes externos así como en la gama de productos que ofertan. De esta forma, se ha decidido implantar la herramienta SIMATIC IT PREACTOR con la ayuda de una empresa externa. PREACTOR es una gama de soluciones software para la planificación y programación de la producción avanzada en empresas fabricantes.

En este TFG se realiza primeramente un profundo análisis del proceso de planificación y programación de la producción, principalmente de los módulos MPS "Master Production Schedule" y MRP "Material Requirement Planning", así como actividades ligadas al alisamiento de cargas, ajuste de mano de obra, etc., con la finalidad de poder posteriormente adaptar la herramienta PREACTOR a las necesidades y exigencias de la Empresa RNB. Esta "adaptacion" de la la herramienta llevará a detectar qué actividades son potencialmente mejorables y por tanto como se podría optimizar el proceso que será "soportado" por la herramienta.

Por otra parte PREACTOR deberá integrarse con el ERP utilizado actualmente en todos los departamentos de la empresa, en este caso MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAVISION. El propósito de este análisis y su adaptación/integración posterior es conseguir un sistema avanzado de planificación y secuenciación adaptado a las particularidades de RNB, que ayude a los ingenieros de planificación a tomar decisiones de una forma más eficiente.

[EN] Planning in the valencian company RNB COSMETICOS has increased in complexity in recent years due to the increase in external customers, as well as in the range of products they offer. So, it has been decided to implement SIMATIC IT PREACTOR tool with the help of an external company. PREACTOR is a range of software solutions for the planning and programming of advanced production in manufacturing companies. In this TFG, an in-depth analysis of the production planning and scheduling process is carried out, mainly of the MPS "Master Production Schedule" and MRP "Material Requirement Planning" modules, as well as activities related to the smoothing of loads, labor adjustment, etc in order to subsequently adapt the PREACTOR tool to the needs and requirements of the RNB company. This "adaptation" of the tool will lead to detect which activities are potentially improvable and therefore how the process that will be "supported" by the tool could be optimized. On the other hand, PREACTOR must be integrated with the ERP currently used in all departments of the company, in this case MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAVISION. The purpose of this analysis and its subsequent adaptation/integration is to achieve an advanced planning and sequencing system adapted to the particularities of RNB, in order to help the engineers to make decisions in a more efficient way.
