Espacios: hacer tangible lo intangible

Abstract

Espacios: hacer tangible lo intangible es un proyecto de producción artística que surge de la necesidad de ver materializado lo inmaterial, evocando de este modo a la propia memoria dibujando la luz mediante un escáner. Idas y venidas entre los bits y los átomos hacen que este proyecto este en constante cambio debido a los propios procesos azarosos y las huellas resultantes. Dicha materialización se realiza mediante la técnica del transfer, dotando de esta manera de un significado al soporte en total consonancia con el concepto de memoria, narrando de este modo la memoria inscrita en los objetos y lugares de ámbito doméstico.

Thanks to the house and those objects accumulated as precious goods, a great number of our memories have shelter being filled with reflections, projections and echoes of ourselves. This project tries to describe as a portrait those domestic spaces that surround us and how they make us, narrators of who we are. Spaces: making the intangible tangible is an artistic production project that arises from the need to see the immaterial materialised, thus evoking one's own memory by drawing through light. Comings and goings between bits and atoms make this project in constant change due to the random processes themselves and the resulting footprints. The image leaves the screen and is placed on a physical surface to be able to be materialized, so that each phase through which it passes, has a value in itself. This materialization is done through the technique of transfer, thus giving a meaning to the chosen medium which no longer functions simply as such but has a narrative function.
