Proyecto de mejora de la estanqueidad de una máquina profesional de licuado de frutas y verduras

Abstract

[ES] La propuesta de proyecto versa sobre el proceso de mejora de la estanqueidad de una máquina profesional de licuado de frutas y verduras para evitar la filtración de líquido a la zona del motor eléctrico y la placa electrónica. Se expondrán y analizarán los problemas a raíz de los cuales fue necesaria esta mejora así como las soluciones planteadas, pasando por un proceso de pruebas y análisis métricos para comprobar que las citadas soluciones son efectivas. Se concluirá el proyecto con el presupuesto de las nuevas soluciones, así como con los planos de las piezas modificadas con dichas soluciones. En este proyecto se usan los conocimientos aprendidos en las siguientes materias: Tecnología de Materiales, Tecnología de Máquinas, Sistemas de Producción y Fabricación, Mecánica de Fluidos e Ingeniería Gráfica

[EN] The proposal of this project treats about the process of tightness improving for a professional juice extractor of juice and vegetables, in order to avoid liquid leaks to the electric motor and the printed circuit board assembly area. The problems that made this improvement necessary will be exposed and analyzed and, advancing to the solutions, they will be also studied with a series of Functional Tests and Dimensional Analysis, in order to check if the taken solutions are finally effective. The project will be concluded with the new solutions budget and their respective Drawings. In this project, the knowledge acquired in the next academic subjects has been used: Materials Technology, Machines Technology, Production and Fabrication Systems, Fluid Mechanics and Graphic Engineering.
