Diseño de instalaciones de climatización de las oficinas de una planta industrial de logística situada en Requena

Abstract

[ES] En primer lugar, se elaborará el plano de la planta industrial así como de las distintas plantas que formarán las oficinas de la misma. Posteriormente, se estudiarán las distintas alternativas para el emplazamiento de la planta industrial. Se analizará los materiales de la envolvente de las oficinas de la planta en el cálculo de las cargas térmicas. Además, se realizarán los cálculos de potencias térmicas tanto en frío como en calor. Se elegirá la mejor alternativa para la instalación de climatización y ventilación y se detallarán las unidades exteriores e interiores, recuperadores de calor, se diseñará la red de conductos, la red de tuberías, material de difusión y el esquema eléctrico de control. Por último, se describirá el programa de mantenimiento y las legalizaciones pertinentes así como las condiciones en la realización de los trabajos.

Subsequently, the different alternatives for the location of the industrial plant will be studied. The best alternative for the installation of air conditioning and ventilation will be chosen and the outdoor and indoor units, heat recuperators will be detailed, the duct network, the pipe network, diffusion material and the electrical control scheme will be designed.
