Abstract

[EN] Animal family is an artist's book in which the protagonists are the pets that live in my family environment. It is born from the reflection about the proximity between the human being and the animal, since many people consider animals as part of their family even better than some people. Actions, habits, customs, behaviors ... All these characteristics to a certain extent assimilate with them and therefore we feel comfortable with this approach between human and animal. This artist's book, in turn, collects illustrations, photographs or cyanotypes that mix the characteristics of certain animals with human attitudes, such as taking a nap in bed, sunbathing on the terrace, giving samples of affection, getting close to eating Popcorn while we spend an evening of cinema in the lounge or even sit in the free chair that is left when it is time for lunch. It is a compilation of the most significant moments of each animal that has lived (or coexists) with us. This notebook reflects events and family scenes, shows actions of their day to day and the harmony they reflect when living animals with human beings. Likewise, this work conveys a family atmosphere, cozy and quiet, the animals are shown in a comfortable family environment where they are treated to perfection. The idea is to express that relationship between animal and human being, coexistence and treat them as one of the family, make them see that they also feel and that after all we are not so different in many aspects, let's never forget that the a human being is still an animal.Animal family has a format of 29¿2x 39¿3cms, in a hardcover notebook with paper made by hand and very thick that has a series of illustrations, photographs and cyanotypes along with various plastic resources creating harmony between the person and the animal as a family concept.

[ES] Familia animal es un libro de artista en el que los protagonistas son las mascotas que viven en mi ámbito familiar. Nace a partir de la reflexión acerca de la proximidad entre el ser humano y el animal, ya que mucha gente considera a los animales como parte de su familia incluso mejor que algunas personas. Acciones, hábitos, costumbres, comportamientos¿ Todas estas características en cierta medida nos asimilan con ellos y por tanto nos sentimos cómodos con ese acercamiento entre ser humano y animal. Este libro de artista a su vez, recoge ilustraciones, fotografías o cianotipias que mezclan las características de ciertos animales con actitudes humanas, como por ejemplo echarse una siestecita en la cama, tomar el sol en la terraza, regalar muestras de afecto, acercarse a comer palomitas mientras pasamos una tarde de cine en el salón o incluso sentarse en la silla libre que queda cuando es la hora de la comida.Es una recopilación de los momentos más significativos de cada animal que ha convivido (o convive) con nosotros. Este cuaderno refleja acontecimientos y escenas familiares, muestra acciones de su día a día y la armonía que reflejan al vivir animales junto a seres humanos. Así mismo dicha obra transmite un ambiente familiar, acogedor y tranquilo, los animales se muestran en un ámbito familiar cómodo donde son tratados a la perfección. La idea es expresar esa relación entre animal y ser humano, la convivencia y el tratarlos como uno más de la familia, hacer ver que ellos también sienten y que al fin y al cabo no somos tan diferentes en muchos aspectos, no olvidemos nunca que ¿el ser humano sigue siendo un animal¿. 1Familia animal tiene un formato de 29¿2 x 39¿3cms, en un cuaderno de tapa dura con papel fabricado a mano y de gran grosor que cuenta con una serie de ilustraciones, fotografías y cianotipias junto con varios recursos plásticos creando así armonía entre la persona y el animal como concepto familiar.
