MUJER, ARTE Y REPUBLICASILENCIO Y CREACIÓN MULTIDISCIPLINAR EN UNA PROPUESTA PERSONAL

Abstract

[EN] This Final Degree Project realizes a practical theoretical reflection on the historical memory, narrates the scenario in which the woman has been submitted for the mere fact of being a woman and even more for being republican, being in the side of the vanquished. We wanted to study their situation before and after the war, at the same time how prisons served as an executor arm to carry out the punishments, in parallel we followed the silence imposed on them, protagonist of their lives. To do this, we treat it from the approach of a particular case, locating us in the lived and untold experience of a woman, my grandmother, Concepción Donat, who died 18 years ago, on March 3, 2001, at the age of 88, we emphasize that during his life he was unable to make a free account of his experience. Time passes, in 2015, I start to search for information, always having the support of my teacher Maribel Doménech. In the General Archive and History of Defense, of Madrid recovered his file, there we found data about his accusers, interrogations, his search, detention, summary trial, imprisonment. The reasons for which she was accused were of "revolutionary exaltation" in the year (39-40). We travel in contemporary art and women, to meet exhibitions, artists who act as historians, materialize the historical past Spanish, we affirm, that even today is an urgent matter and remains to be resolved. Finally, we finish with the personal, creative and multidisciplinary proposal, always focusing on the woman, in the harsh silence, as well as in making a story visible, trying to reconstruct through other testimonies, that it is not forgotten, to fulfill promises and be able to close wounds

[ES] Este trabajo realiza una reflexión teórica práctica sobre la memoria histórica, narra el escenario en el que se ha visto sometida la mujer por el mero hecho de ser mujer y más aún por ser republicana, encontrándose en el bando de los vencidos. Hemos querido estudiar su situación antes y después de la guerra, al mismo tiempo cómo las cárceles sirvieron de brazo ejecutor para llevar a cabo los castigos. En paralelo seguimos el silencio que se les impuso, protagonista de sus vidas. Para ello, lo tratamos desde la aproximación de un caso particular, ubicándonos en la experiencia vivida y no contada de una mujer, mi abuela, Concepción Donat, fallecida hace 18 años, el día 3 marzo del año 2001 a los 88 años, resaltamos que durante su vida fue incapaz de realizar un relato libre de su experiencia. El tiempo pasa, en el año 2015, comienzo a realizar la búsqueda de información, teniendo siempre el apoyo de mi tutora Maribel Doménech. En el Archivo General e Histórico de Defensa, de Madrid recuperamos su expediente, allí encontramos datos sobre sus acusadores, interrogatorios, su búsqueda, detención, juicio sumarísimo, encarcelamiento. Los motivos por los que fue acusada fueron de ¿exaltación revolucionaria¿ en el año (39-40). Transitamos en el arte contemporáneo y en la mujer, para encontrarnos con exposiciones, artistas los cuales ejercen de historiadores, materializan el pasado histórico español, afirmamos, que aún hoy en día es un asunto urgente y queda pendiente de resolver. Por último, terminamos con la propuesta personal, creativa y multidisciplinar, poniendo siempre la mirada en la mujer, en el duro silencio, así como en visibilizar una historia, intentándola reconstruir a través también de otros testimonios, que no quede en el olvido, cumplir promesas y poder cerrar heridas.
