AUTORETRATO CONTEMPORÁNEO: UNA PRODUCCIÓN ARTÍSTICA PROPIA

Abstract

[EN] In the following TFG I show my most intimate side through a set of interdisciplinary works that contain drawing, painting, sculpture and installation. Its content is mostly figurative. I work with the body and its parts organically or synthesizing the forms to create tensions by playing with surgical and everyday elements. Throughout the work I self-portrait in several phases of an intervention that I suffered and for which I started this project. The main references that I will expose are artists belonging to modern sculpture, that is, from the nineteenth century to the present. This memory aims to investigate my physiology and my vulnerability, makes me rethink the truth about my own appearance and be aware of how beauty varies in each era or culture. How we are unconscious prisoners of our own society.

[ES] En el siguiente TFG muestro mi lado más íntimo a través de un conjunto de obras interdisciplinares que contienen dibujo, pintura, escultura e instalación. Su contenido es mayormente figurativo. Trabajo con el cuerpo y con sus partes de manera orgánica o sintetizando las formas para crear tensiones jugando con elementos quirúrgicos y cotidianos. A lo largo del trabajo me autorretrato en varias fases de una intervención que padecí y por la que comencé este proyecto. Los referentes principales que voy a exponer son artistas pertenecientes a la escultura moderna, es decir, desde el siglo XIX hasta la actualidad. Esta memoria tiene como objetivo Investigar sobre mi fisiología y mi vulnerabilidad, me hace replantearme la verdad sobre mi propio aspecto y ser consciente de cómo la belleza varía en cada época o cultura. Cómo somos prisioneros inconscientes de nuestra propia sociedad.
