Estudio Previo y Propuesta de Intervención en el Castillo Palacio de Albalat dels Tarongers (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El presente proyecto lleva a cabo un estudio previo y análisis patológico del castillo palacio de Albalat dels Tarongers, con el objetivo de recuperar la integridad y estabilidad estructural del edificio, preservando su valor patrimonial, histórico y cultural para futuras generaciones. Para ello se precederá en primer lugar a un estudio del entorno inmediato al castillo, que acompañaremos de bibliografía histórica, así como un levantamiento gráfico, identificando la materialidad y tipología de los elementos estructurales y cerramientos que lo conforman, con la intención de crear un mapa cronológico del edificio. Posteriormente, se procederá al análisis patológico del castillo palacio, identificando las diferentes lesiones, y generando hipótesis sobre la procedencia de cada una, partiendo de la base conocida de los condicionantes del entorno y del comportamiento de cada elemento constructivo a dichos condicionantes, para finalmente, realizar una propuesta de actuación de mejora.

[EN] The present project carries out a previous study and pathological analysis of the castle palace of Albalat del Tarongers, with the aim of recovering the integrity and structural stability of the building, preserving its heritage, historical and cultural value for future generations. This will first precede a study of the immediate surroundings of the castle, which will accompany historical bibliography, as well as a graphic survey, identifying the materiality and typology of the structural elements and enclosures that make it up, with the intention of creating a map chronological of the building. Subsequently, we will proceed to the pathological analysis of the palace castle, identifying the different injuries, and generating hypotheses about the origin of each one, starting from the known basis of the environmental conditions and the behavior of the constructive element to these conditions, finally, performs a improvement action proposal.
