Abstract

[ES] La concesionaria Vial del Oriente (Covioriente), mediante un contrato de Concesión con la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI), por lo cual se establece un esquema de alianza Público Privada, donde se acordó implementar y ejecutar los estudios y diseños, construcción, rehabilitación, operación, mantenimiento, gestión predial, gestión social y ambiental de uno de los principales corredores viales colombianos: Villavicencio - Yopal, por lo cual se desarrollará el plan para la dirección del Proyecto, convirtiéndose de esta forma en una importante arteria de comunicación puesto que comunica la capital y el interior del país con los llanos orientales, el cual se identifica como el mayor productor en cuanto a ganadería, agricultura y extracción de petróleo en Colombia, potenciando un eje viario y mejorando la movilidad del mismo.

Se implementarán las herramientas necesarias para la integración del proyecto a través de la estandarización y optimización de cada uno de los planes para la gestión del proyecto, y como resultado de la implementación se logrará alinear el proyecto a la estrategia empresarial, optimizando tanto en el proceso constructivo, como en la operación y mantenimiento de la obra, impulsando a su vez el corredor concesionado.

[EN] The concessionaire Vial del Oriente (Covioriente), through a Concession contract with the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI), which establishes a Public-Private alliance scheme, where it was agreed to implement and execute the studies and designs, construction, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, property management, social and environmental management of one of the main Colombian road corridors: Villavicencio - Yopal, which will develop the plan for the direction of the Project, thus becoming an important communication artery since it connects the capital and the interior of the country with the eastern plains, which is identified as the largest producer in terms of livestock, agriculture and oil extraction in Colombia, enhancing a road axis and improving its mobility.
