Creación de una tienda online de moda con un modelo de negocio por dropshipping

Abstract

[ES] La tesis consiste en la creación de una tienda online para la venta en Taiwan de productos de moda españoles, fabricados entera o parcialmente de fibra de esparto, mediante el modelo de negocio de dropshipping, en el cual no se maneja inventario y donde solo se hace de intermediario entre fabricante y comprador. Se desarrolla tanto la página web, la cual es totalmente funcional a la espera de vender productos reales, como el estudio del mercado taiwanés.

El trabajo se basa siguiendo el modelo de dropshipping, y se compone de una descripción de la empresa, productos, clientes potenciales, y proveedores. También se realiza un estudio de mercado donde se analiza el entorno comercial y la competencia, con el desarrollo de las respectivas estrategias a seguir. Por último, incluye una descripción detallada de la tienda online creada, así como de su creación desde la contratación del servidor hasta la instalación de plugins.

[EN] The thesis consists in the creation of an online store for the sale in Taiwan of Spanish fashion products, manufactured entirely or partially of esparto fiber, through the dropshipping business model, in which inventory is not handled and where only it is made of intermediary between manufacturer and buyer. A fully functional website is developed, as well as the study of the Taiwanese market.

The work is based on the dropshipping model, and consists of a description of the company, products, potential customers, and suppliers. A market study is also carried out where the commercial environment and the competition are analyzed, with the development of the respective strategies to be followed. Finally, it includes a detailed description of the online store created, as well as its creation from the hiring of the server to the installation of plugins.
