La arquitectura como mueble o la arquitectura con el mueble

Abstract

[ES] El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es analizar el mobiliario como estructurador directo del espacio interior. Con este objeto, se llevará a cabo una clasificación de diferentes proyectos arquitectónicos en los cuales el espacio interior quedará dominado por el mobiliario (o viceversa), entendiendo éste como la escala intermedia entre la propia arquitectura y la persona que la vive. Estos proyectos quedarán agrupados en: LA ARQUITECTURA COMO MUEBLE ó LA ARQUITECTURA CON EL MUEBLE. Tratándose así de dar dos perspectivas totalmente diferentes pero donde siempre el propio mueble actuará como catalizador del proyecto arquitectónico. Por tanto, el objetivo será demostrar que la arquitectura necesita del mobiliario para desplegar toda su capacidad expresiva y vincularse al usuario en busca de una plena experiencia sensorial donde todas las partes se unen para formar un conjunto que trabaja todo él en una misma dirección.

[EN] The aim of this research work is to analyze furniture as a direct structurator of interior space. With this purpose, it is going to be carried out a classification of different architectural projects where the interior space will be dominated by furniture, which will be undestood as the intermediate scale between the architecture and the person who lives there. These projects will be grouped into: ARCHITECTURE AS FURNITURE OR ARCHITECTURE WITH FURNITURE. Trying to give two totally different perspectives but where the furniture itself will act as a catalyst for the architectural project. Therefore, the objective will be to demonstrate that the architecture needs the furniture to unfold its expressive capacity and to be linked to the user in search of a full sensory experience where all the parties join together to form a whole that works all in the same direction.
