Liderazgos polisémicos. La influencia de la subjetividad política en las prácticas de los liderazgos sociales en las comunas 1,3 y 8 de la Ciudad de Medellín (Colombia)

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo de fin de máster pretende realizar una investigación sobre los liderazgos sociales de las comunas 1,3 y 8 de la ciudad de Medellín (Colombia), realizando un análisis crítico sobre la formación de la subjetividad política y cómo esta afecta a sus actuaciones en el territorio dentro de las diferentes formas de actuación que se tiene en él. A su vez se realizará, según los testimonios recogidos, una revisión de la terminología líderes sociales, dentro de su compleja casuística, hacia un término que englobe las diferentes visiones desde una perspectiva fenomenológica y de forma analítico ¿ inductiva.

Para realizar este trabajo se partirá de un breve contexto de la formación de las comunas 1,3 y 8 de Medellín, con especial hincapié en la importancia de los procesos resilientes que estructuraron las comunas, una revisión bibliográfica de la producción literaria sobre la subjetividad política, principalmente Latinoamericana, exposición del marco teórico sobre las categorías que conforman la subjetividad política según Alexander Ruiz Silva y Manuel Prado Landoño (2012) y metodológico, con sus respectivas técnicas de obtención de datos cualitativos.

Posteriormente, se socializarán las principales conclusiones y focos de discusión, para finalmente realizar una inferencia de los insumos recogidos y una conclusión final donde se tratará de exponer una visión alternativa a la actual definición de líderes y lideresas sociales, en este caso, de las comunas 1,3 y 8 de la ciudad de Medellín.

[EN] This master's thesis aims to carry out an investigation into the social leaderships of communes 1,3 and 8 of the city of Medellín (Colombia), carrying out a critical analysis of the formation of political subjectivity and how it affects their actions in the territory within the different ways of acting in it. At the same time, according to the collected testimonies, a review of the social leaders terminology will be carried out, within its complex casuistry, towards a term that encompasses the different views from a phenomenological perspective and in an analytical - inductive way.

To carry out this work, a brief context of the formation of communes 1,3 and 8 of Medellín will be based, with special emphasis on the importance of the resilient processes that structured the communes, a bibliographic review of literary production on political subjectivity , mainly Latin American, exposition of the theoretical framework on the categories that make up political subjectivity according to Alexander Ruiz Silva and Manuel Prado Landoño (2012) and methodological, with their respective techniques for obtaining qualitative data.

Subsequently, the main conclusions and foci of discussion will be socialized, to finally make an inference of the collected inputs and a final conclusion where it will try to expose an alternative vision to the current definition of social leaders, in this case, of the communes 1,3 and 8 of the city of Medellín.
