La realidad de Polvorilla. Libro ilustrado de encargo

Abstract

[ES] En la actualidad, las mujeres están en una lucha constante por sus derechos y por la igualdad. Desde bien pequeñas ya empiezan a sufrir los primeros actos de una sociedad fundamentada en valores patriarcales. Por ello, las mujeres cada vez son más conscientes de la necesidad de reivindicar la igualdad de derechos. Cuando una niña nace aún se la relaciona con el color rosa mientras que a un niño se le asigna el color azul, los niños juegan con coches y las niñas con muñecas y otros roles vinculados al hogar y el cuidado. Las mujeres deben poder decidir si quieren trabajar aparte de tener hijos, ir solas a los sitios decidir qué vida llevar, con quien relacionarse¿y que esto no venga determinado y condicionado por la familia. Esto es lo que le sucede a la protagonista del cuento La realidad de polvorilla, una niña que no entendía por qué su hermano por ser chico tenía más privilegios y libertades que ella, por qué ella no tenía que hacer ruido, debía ser obediente y ayudar en todas las tareas de la casa por el simple hecho de ser mujer. Esta historia pertenece a Virginia Fernández quien relato en forma de cuento sus videncias para que fueran utilizadas en el Proyecto Escucharte de la Fundación Terapia de Reencuentro, para el que realizaremos la ilustración del mismo como trabajo de encargo, dando forma a los personajes, escenarios y situaciones del mismo, y elaborando un producto final que será impreso y distribuido por esta fundación con fines pedagógicos y terapéuticos.

[EN] At present, women are in a constant struggle for their rights and for equality. The women from very small begin to suffer the first acts of a society based on patriarchal values. For this reason, women are increasingly aware of the need to claim equal rights. When a girl is born she is still related to the color pink, while a child is assigned the color blue; boys play with cars and girls with dolls and other roles linked to home and care. Women must be able to decide if they want to work apart from having children, go alone to the sites to decide what life to lead, with whom to relate ... and that this is not determined and conditioned by the family. This is what happens to the protagonist of the story "La realidad de polvorilla", a girl who did not understand why her brother as a boy had more privileges and freedoms than her, why she did not have to make noise, she had to be obedient and help in all the tasks of the house for the simple fact of being a woman. This story belongs to Virginia Fernández, who told her experiencies like a fairy tale so that they could be used in the "Escucharte Project" of the Fundacion Terapia de Reencuentro, for which we will illustrate it as custom work, giving shape to the characters, scenarios and situations of the same one, and elaborating a final product that will be printed and distributed by this foundation with pedagogical and therapeutic aims.
