Diseño ergonómico de una órtesis deportiva para la asistencia al movimiento de la articulación acromioclavicular

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo del presente trabajo es el diseño de un prototipo de órtesis deportiva, que sirva de asistencia al movimiento de la articulación acromioclavicular para así mejorar la posición del hombro y la alineación de la clavícula con la cabeza humeral. Para la realización de la misma se analizarán las órtesis actuales para la articulación acromioclavicular y la lesiones para las que han sido diseñadas, se recopilará información de los usuarios del producto mediante encuestas y entrevistas, se analizarán las dimensiones antropométricas asociadas con el prototipo objeto de estudio, se analizará la antropometría funcional o rango de movimientos articulares de la articulación, se analizarán los materiales actuales de diseño de dichas prótesis y otros posibles materiales a utilizar en el prototipo. Con todas la información recopilada se realizará el diseño del prototipo que será aplicado a un caso de estudio.

[EN] The objective of this work is the design of a sports orthosis prototype, which serves as an aid to the movement of the acromioclavicular joint in order to improve the position of the shoulder and the alignment of the clavicle with the humeral head. For the realization of the same, the current orthoses for the acromioclavicular joint and the lesions for which they have been designed will be analyzed, information of the users of the product will be gathered through surveys and interviews, the anthropometric dimensions associated with the prototype object of study will be analyzed. , the functional anthropometry or range of articulation movements of the joint will be analyzed, the current design materials of said prostheses and other possible materials to be used in the prototype will be analyzed. With all the information collected, the design of the prototype will be made, which will be applied to a case study.
