dc.description.abstract | [EN] We want create the company “Biological Heating CBW Company”. CBW is the acronym of Composting Biological Waste. It will be a Danish firm. For do that we need to analyse the market and if it is possible we want to be one of the leading specialty heating installation by composting biological waste in the world, primarily for small district around ten households and afterwards for the firms. Furthermore we want call our product “Biological Heater CBW” later we are going to explain you this product name. However we will have a low reputation in this line of business because we are a start-up company. We will receive the majority of revenue through sells of biological heat but also by installation of this one. Our team of workers in Denmark builds each product. We expect our product high quality. As a small company with fewer than twenty full-time employees Biological Heating CBW is faced with strong competition in this activity, which, in recent years, have increased competitiveness and offset their production costs by pushing production overseas. Biological Heating CBW Company want to set up in an international way for selling his product. However for beginning we want launch this product in Europe and more specifically in French for safety reasons. Indeed permits to minimize the risks. In that way it will be great to find out investors. Indeed, if our investigation permits to say that our product can be profitable investor will be a huge for launching the Biological Heater CBW but also our company. However, survey will say us whether it is a good opportunity to insert on French market. The crisis and thus economic pressures have leaded our company Heating Installation CBW to reassess its goals for the future. To sum up in few lines strategy is built on overarching objectives that is to say strategic plan will unfold in several phases and include a 10 months to make known our company and our product and developed client portfolio, a five year plan to increase revenue with implementation strategy and a long term plan to ensure the company‟s and open our market to several customers and in conclusion more and more countries. | es_ES |
