Hotel SPA en Sot de Chera

Abstract

[ES] El lugar donde se ubica el proyecto es justo en la zona actual del barranco. La topografía actual hace que sea complicado conectar los diferentes espacios que componen el proyecto, por lo que organizo el conjunto en un sistema de bancales, dividiendo el programa en cuatro edificios. El hotel y la cafetería en la parte superior, la zona de masajes del spa (conectado con el hotel) y la sala de conferencias en la parte media del conjunto y la zona de piscinas y saunas del spa en la parte inferior de los bancales. Como materiales generales destacan la piedra, el hormigón y la madera.

[EN] The place where the project is located is right in the current area of ¿¿the ravine. The current topography makes it difficult to connect the different spaces that make up the project, so I organize the whole in a system of terraces, dividing the program into four buildings. The hotel and cafeteria at the top, the massage area of ¿¿the spa (connected to the hotel) and the conference room in the middle part of the complex and the pool and sauna area of ¿¿the spa at the bottom of the terraces. The main materials are stone, concrete and wood.
