Proyecto por un Centro de Estudios Tecnológicos Avanzados sostenible

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se propone el proyecto para un centro de estudios tecnológicos avanzados que sea lo más sostenible posible. El proyecto se caracteriza por una forma sencilla de inspiración racionalista, que se integra de manera discreta con la topografía del terreno, priorizando el espacio exterior frente al construido. El sistema constructivo del proyecto, formado por madera estructural y aislantes naturales, junto con el diseño de planta en esquema de peine, que permite luz natural y ventilación cruzada en todas las estancias del edificio, permiten la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia energética del edificio

[EN] In this work is proposed a project for an advanced technological studies center, that is as sustainable as possible. The project is characterised by a simple form inspired by rationalism, which is discreetly integrated with the topography of the land, taking care of prioritising the outer space instead of the built. Projects constructive system is formed entirely by high density structural wood, and natural insulators. Matching a sustainable construction system with the comb scheme design of the building, which allows natural light and cross ventilation in all rooms, the energy efficiency of the building is ensured.
