L'Anell. Centre sociocultural

Abstract

[CA] Projecte que rep el nom de la escassa horta valenciana que sobreviu entre Valencia i Tavernes Blanques. El seu nom, Racó de l'Anell, naix del anell que formen les aigües de les sèquies de Rascanya i la Font al creuar-se sense tocar-se. El objectiu del projecte es generar una infraestructura que connecte de nou l'horta valenciana del Racó de l'Anell amb la ciutat de Valencia, separades per l'avinguda dels Germans Machado. De aquesta manera, es revitalitza aquesta zona de terra viva i el barri de Torrefiel. Així mateix , generar un espai arquitectònic que siga un llar cultural del veïns del barri on es genere un intercanvi sociocultural.

[EN] Project that receives the name of the limited valencian orchards that survive between Valencia and Tavernes Blanques. Its name, "Racó de l'Anell", born from the ring that was formed by the water channelling of "Rascanya" and "la Font" by crossing but without touching. The object of the project is to generate an infrastructure which connects again the valencian orchard "Racó de l'Anell" with the city of Valencia, divided by the main street "Germans Machado". Therefore it achieves the revitalization of this area of living land and Torrefiel's neighbourhood. Also, generate an arquitectonic space that is a cultural home for the neighbours of the neighbourhood where sociocultural exchange is generated.
