Espacio tecnológico en Benimamet

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto engloba el emplazamiento de un edificio de carácter educativo en la explanada ubicada en frente de la fachada sur de la parada de metro de Les Carolines/Fira en Benimamet. Se trata de un centro tecnológico, donde se aplica la enseñanza en las siguientes áreas: Electricidad y electrónica, Imagen y sonido e Informática y comunicaciones. Es pues un edificio público, y por tanto tratará, no solo satisfacer las necesidades del centro, sino también de aportar un espacio exterior amable y de utilidad para el municipio, a la vez que se generan también usos para el mismo. Se encuentra en una ubicación especial, en un espacio verde con numerosas circulaciones y una libertad de recorridos casi absoluta. También es importante considerar las diferentes alturas desde las que se podrá observar el edificio, pues hay diferentes niveles en el entorno próximo. La idea del proyecto será pues resolver todas estas cuestiones y a la vez generar un espacio atractivo y único, no solo para los estudiantes, sino también para cualquier persona que vaya a disfrutar de él al tratarse de una dotación pública con varios usos. El aspecto final del edificio será el de varios bloques (ordenados según la función) conectados entre ellos, lo que supone una imagen global de un único volumen, que mezcla la rectitud y seriedad exterior de un centro de estudios y un espacio interior fluido, atractivo y amable, marcado por la curva.

[EN] The project includes the emplacement of an educational building on the esplanade located in front of the south facade of the "Les Carolines / Fira" metro stop in Benimamet. It is a technological center, where teaching is applied in the following areas: Electricity and electronics, Image and sound and Computer and communications. It is therefore a public building, and because of this reason it will try, not only to meet the needs of the center, but also to provide a friendly and useful outside space for the municipality, while also generating uses for it. It is located in a special location, in a green space with numerous circulations and an almost absolute freedom to shift. It is also important to consider the different heights from which the building can be observed, as there are different levels in the surrounding environment. The idea of the project will be to solve all these issues and at the same time generate an attractive and unique space, not only for students, but also for anyone who will enjoy it since it is a public endowment with many uses. The final aspect of the building will be of several blocks (ordered according to the function) connected between them, which gives a global image of a single volume building, which mixes the straightness and exterior seriousness of a study center and a fluid, attractive and friendly interior space, marked by the curve.
