Centro Socio Cultural en el Barrio de Malilla

Abstract

[ES] Tras haber realizado un estudio del barrio de Malilla, hemos podido observar que es un barrio fragmentado y aislado de los barrios de su alrededor por las diversas infraestructuras que se encuentran en su perímetro. Debido a esto, se optó por realizar una mejora del barrio mejorando su accesibilidad y la movilidad interior debido a unos edificios públicos situados en diferentes puntos del barrio. El edificio que nos ocupa para la realización del TFM es un centro sociocultural situado en la zona sur con el fin de realizar una acción de reclamo ciudadano, tanto del propio barrio, como del resto de Valencia, con el fin de favorecer las relaciones sociales gracias a los diversos talleres que contendrá dicho centro y al auditorio donde se podrán representar tanto las actuaciones que se preparen en el mismo centro, musicales, teatrales, baile o cine, como actuaciones externas al centro, todo dedicado al ocio y la cultura. El centro también dispondrá de salas multiuso y zonas de reunión que se pondrán a disposición de las personas o colectivos que los necesitaran para realizar las actividades que les fuesen necesitadas.

[EN] After having carried out a study of the Malilla district, we have been able to observe that it is a fragmented neighborhood and isolated from the neighborhoods around it due to the various infrastructures found in its perimeter. Due to this, it was decided to improve the neighborhood by improving its accessibility and internal mobility due to public buildings located in different parts of the neighborhood. The building that occupies us for the realization of the TFM is a socialcultural center located in the south zone in order to carry out an action of citizen demand, both from the neighborhood itself, and from the rest of Valencia, in order to favor relations social thanks to the various workshops that this center will contain and the auditorium where you can represent both the performances that are prepared in the same center, musical, theatrical, dance or film, as external activities to the center, all dedicated to leisure and culture. The center will also have multipurpose rooms and meeting areas that will be made available to the people or groups that need them to carry out the activities that are needed.
