Interespacios, centro intergeneracional

Abstract

[ES] Se plantea un Centro Intergeneracional al norte de la ciudad de Valencia, en el limite del Barrio de Torrefiel y la huerta, intentado difuminarlo y potenciando la interacción entre la población del barrio. Se proyecta el edificio con una estructura claramente marcada con el fin de liberar al máximo los espacios resultantes, permitiendo una conexión libre entre huerta y ciudad, además de generar espacios flexibles que sirvan para mejorar la relación entre diferentes generaciones, entre ancianos y jóvenes. Se prevé que en las plantas inferiores se ubiquen las zonas taller, relación con la huerta e interacción entre generaciones y en planta superior la zona de formación y mayor privacidad. En definitiva, el edificio se proyecta con la intención de que se convierta en una transición entre huerta y ciudad, creando y articulando espacios de oportunidad e interacción entre diferentes generaciones.

[EN] It is an Intergenerational Center north of the city of Valencia, on the edge of the neighborhood of Torrefiel and the land, trying to blur it and enhance the interaction between the people of the neighborhood. The building is projected with a clearly marked structure in order to liberate the resulting spaces as much as possible, the free connection between the land and the city, in addition to generating flexible spaces that serve to improve the relationship between different generations, between the elderly and the young people. It¿s expected that in the ground floor the workshop areas will be located, as well as the relationship between the garden and interaction between generations, and in the upper floor the training area and greater privacy. In short, the building is designed with the intention that it becomes a transition between garden and city, creating and articulating spaces of opportunity and interaction between different generations.
