La cuina: element inclusiu o excloent dins de l'habitatge

Abstract

[ES] La societat es troba en un procés de canvis i evolució constants. És responsabilitat de l'arquitectura estar a l'avantguarda de les realitats socials, per a facilitar el desenvolupament des del punt de vista de l'equitat, la solidaritat i la sostenibilitat. Si estudiem l'habitatge en l'actualitat, podem observar que el paradigma de família ha canviat, i ha donat pas a noves maneres d'habitar. Aquest canvi comporta nous models de família on la diversitat hauria de ser motor i màxima en el disseny de nous habitatges.

En aquest context, la cuina és un dels espais que més ha patit aquests canvis. Els nous arquetips aposten per espais en què la cuina siga motor i nucli d'interacció social; un punt de reunió i no un espai de servei com s'ha entès tradicionalment.

És per això que es planteja l'estudi de diferents models de cuina, la seua influència en l'organització de l'habitatge i com reacciona la societat enfront d'ells. Es qüestiona si es resolen o no les noves necessitats que aquesta societat planteja i la seua possible resposta adaptada als nous temps.

[EN] The society finds in a process of changes and constant evolution. It is responsibility of the architecture be to the avant-garde of the social realities, to facilitate the development from the point of view of the equity, the solidarity and the sustainability. If we study the house in the actuality, can observe that the paradigm of family has changed, and has given step to new ways to inhabit. This change comports new models of family where the diversity would have to be engine and maximum in the design of new houses.

In this context, the cookery is one of the spaces that more has suffered these changes. The new archetypes bet by spaces in that the cookery was engine and core of social interaction; a point of meeting and no a space of service as it has understood traditionally.

It is thus that poses the studio of different models of cookery, his influence in the organisation of the house and how reacts the society in front of them. It questions if they resolve or no the new needs that said society poses and his possible response adapted to the new times.
