Centro de innovación y desarrollo en Castellón

Abstract

[ES] Proyecto de un Centro de Innovación y Desarrollo situado a la orilla del Riu Sec en el barrio de Crèmor, Castellón. El objetivo principal es dar una respuesta que se adapte al entorno y lo revalorice, cuidando desde el inicio del proceso proyectual aspectos tales como la orientación, la estructura, las visuales, la envolvente, las instalaciones o la materialidad. La propuesta se compone de un volumen principal con dos bandas de programa diferenciadas y separadas por un gran patio. A este volumen se anexa otro de menor tamaño que contiene el auditorio del centro. El edificio acoge un programa muy variado que corresponde a las diferentes formas de trabajo que albergará: Start-up, Spin-off y Networking; además de contar con una serie de servicios para los usuarios. Todo el programa se resuelve buscando una flexibilidad de espacios, cuidando las conexiones y recorridos entre ellos, así como la relación de los mismos con el exterior, con el fin de obtener el máximo confort para el usuario.

[EN] This essay is a Project of an Innovation and Developement Center which is located on the banks of the Riu Sec , in the Crèmor district in Castellón. The main objective is to provide a response that adapts to the environment and revalues it, taking care of aspects such as orientation, structure, visuals, envelope, installations or materiality from the beginning of the desing process. The project consists of a main volume with two differentiated program bands which are separated by a yard. To this volume is attached a smaller one that contains the auditorium of the center. This building hosts a very varied program that corresponds to the different ways of working that it will house: Start-up, Spin-off and Networking; besides having a series of services for the users. The entire program is solved by looking for a flexibility of spaces, taking care of the connections and routes between them, as well as the relationship of these with the outside, in order to obtain the maximum comfort for the user.
