Abstract

[ES] La propuesta del proyecto parte de la renovación del barrio de La Cremor, situada al Oeste de la ciudad de Castellón. La zona de trabajo se encuentra apoyada por el río Seco de la ciudad, y rodeada por un esquema de periferia con edificios de baja densidad, interrumpido por un eje de conexión con la urbanización y la Universidad Jaume Primer, que se sitúan al otro lado del río.

Si bien el entorno está en desconexión con la trama urbana de la ciudad, existen fortalezas en el espacio, tanto para integrar este barrio periférico, como para sacar el máximo partido a la propuesta que se va a proyectar.

El proyecto parte de una gestión urbana del entorno, regida principalmente por viviendas colectivas para construir ciudad, y de esta manera coser la brecha que ha generado el núcleo urbano independiente de la zona universitaria. Con la estación de autobuses como foco potencial, se urbaniza el territorio para su aprovechamiento y sostenibilidad a modo de ciudad.

El proyecto principal se centra en el cauce del río Seco, al Oeste del nuevo tejido urbano proyectado. Nos encontramos con un solar caracterizado por una conexión urbana complicada, pero con un potencial visual hacia el río muy enriquecedor, además de un paseo verde que recorre la antigua Travesía de Sanahuja.

El entorno condiciona en gran medida el proyecto, pues su terreno y sobre todo el río, nos guían a través del espacio que se alza en el paisaje. Las interacciones con el río y el paseo verde se potencian en el proyecto por delante de las zonas urbanas adyacentes.

El edificio singular, responde a un programa de centro de innovación empresarial, un nuevo concepto de generación de otras formas de organización del trabajo, un espacio multidisciplinar, que a su vez estará compuesto por zonas servidoras, que dotaran al edificio de vida más allá del trabajo regular.

El programa del edificio está dotado con dos espacios bien definidos. Uno enterrado con patios y salida directa al paseo inferior del río y otro que se eleva y emerge de la tierra, donde se realizará la mayor parte de la zona de trabajo.

La propuesta formal, se compone de un solo cuerpo macizo y prácticamente impermeable al exterior, que se nutre de todo lo que necesita mediante una serie de cuerpos superiores que emergen de él, en forma de lucernarios, que abastecen de luz natural y regulan el microclima interior.

La propuesta arquitectónica va más allá de crear un simple espacio donde trabajar en un proyecto, se pretende generar un hito al final del nuevo núcleo urbano, un espacio autosuficiente y agradable tanto en su impacto exterior, como en su habitar interior.

[EN] The project proposal is based on the renovation of the La Cremor neighborhood, located west of the city of Castellón. The work zone is supported by the ¿Riu Sec¿ of the city, and surrounded by a periphery scheme with low density buildings, interrupted by an axis of connection with the urbanization and Jaume primer University, which are located on the other side of the river. Although the environment is in disconnection with the urban fabric of the city, there are strengths in the space, both to integrate this peripheral neighborhood, and to make the most of the proposal that is going to be projected.

The project starts from an urban management of the environment, mainly governed by collective housing to build a city, and in this way sew the gap that has generated the independent urban nucleus of the university area. With the bus station as a potential focus, the territory is urbanized for its use and sustainability as a city.

The main project focuses on the riverbed, to the west of the new projected urban fabric, we find a lot characterized by a complicated urban connection, but with a very enriching visual potential towards the river, as well as a green walk that runs through the old Sanahuja Crossing.

The landscape conditions the project to a great extent, because its land and especially the river, guide us through the space that rises in the landscape. The interactions with the river and the green promenade are enhanced in the project ahead of the adjacent urban areas.

The singular building, responds to a program of business innovation center, a new concept of generation of other forms of work organization, a multidisciplinary space, which in turn will be composed of servant areas, which will endow the building with life beyond the regular job.

The building program is equipped with two well-defined spaces. One buried with courtyards and direct access to the lower walk of the river and another that rises and emerges from the earth, where most of the work area will be carried out.

The formal proposal, consists of a single solid body and practically impermeable to the outside, which is nourished by everything you need through a series of upper bodies that emerge from it, in the form of skylights, which provide natural light and regulate the microclimate inside.

The architectural proposal goes beyond creating a simple space to work on a project, it is intended to generate a milestone at the end of the new urban core, a self-sufficient and pleasant space both in its external impact, as in its interior living.
