Abstract

[ES] En el límite de la ciudad, en el nexo entre lo colonizado y su paisaje, en un punto en el que se unen dos barrios con elementos de valor desprestigiados. Un lugar con oportunidad de generar una solución de límite, de enlace entre naturaleza y edificado, revalorizar joyas marginadas, unir una población dividida. Un proyecto para devolver la calle a sus habitantes, para generar espacios de relación donde la integración sea la esencia de su forma. Volúmenes que se expanden como raíces sobre la tierra, formas que acogen a los viandantes para invitarlos a un nuevo lugar donde el interior y el exterior se diluyen, con la intención de que todo conforme uno, un espacio, el de todos. Un programa orientado a suplir las necesidades de una zona con carencias culturales, una biblioteca como centro social donde el objetivo son las personas, el barrio, su memoria, recuperar las raíces de lo que algún día fue.
