Centro Intergeneracional Torrefiel

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto se desarrolla en un solar ubicado en el límite que genera la Ronda Norte entre la ciudad de Valencia y el comienzo de la huerta. Concretamente entre la avenida de los Hermanos Machado y la calle Conde de Lumiares del barrio Torrefiel. En él se ha elegido proyectar un Centro Intergeneracional con el fin de dotar de un carácter único el lugar. Promoviendo las relaciones entre niños, jóvenes y mayores y creando un espacio de encuentros y de plena relación con la huerta, potenciando sus ejes y acercándola en forma de huertos urbanos. Se trata de eliminar las barreras espaciales que, en muchos casos, separan a las distintas generaciones a la hora de vivir nuestro día a día.

[EN] The project is developed in a plot located in the limit generated by the North Round between the city of Valencia and the beginning of the orchard. Specifically between Hermanos Machado avenue and Conde de Lumiares street in the Torrefiel neighborhood. It has been chosen to project an Intergenerational Center in order to give the place a unique character. Promoting relations between children, young and old and creating a space for meetings and full relationship with the garden, strengthening its axes and bringing it closer together in the form of urban orchards. It is about removing the spatial barriers that, in many cases, separate the different generations at the time of living our day to day.
