Abstract

[ES] La Sede del GBC mediterráneo en su nueva ubicación en Valencia, nace para coordinar los esfuerzos de este en la zona sur de Europa, convirtiéndose en un nuevo punto de referencia de la arquitectura sostenible. La ubicación estratégica del Observatorio es el final de la Avenida del Puerto en su encuentro con Ingeniero Manuel Soto, lugar donde se conecta la ciudad con el Puerto y el Mar. El proyecto debe cubrir las funciones que necesita el GBC, donde se encuentra la investigación, la divulgación y la administración. La sede debe ser un edificio ejemplo de sostenibilidad.

[EN] The headquarters of the Mediterranean GBC in its new location in Valencia, was born to coordinate the efforts of this in the southern part of Europe, becoming a new reference point of sustainable architecture. The Observatory is located at the end of Avenida del Puerto in the intersection with Ingeniero Manuel Soto, where the city connects with the Port and the Sea.
