Análisis sentimental del habla aplicado en el campo de la salud

Abstract

[EN] Recently, Sentiment Analysis has been one of the topics with a biggest relevance in the field of artificial intelligence. With the help of this tools, computers are able to understand people, this means, to understand the intention on their messages. In particular, Sentiment Analysis technologies allow to know the feeling transmitted in the message, either by facial, speech or voice analysis. In the following study the benefits of Speech Sentiment Analysis orientated to health care are going to be analyzed and, most notably, orientated to telenursing and telephone triage. Some of the current developed technologies will be tested facing a dataset with 22 samples of opinions transmitting different sentimental orientations. Hereunder, the study will carry on with a proposal of development of an Speech Sentiment Analysis tool specifically orientated to health care. Finally, the support of Voice Sentiment Analysis in combination with Speech Sentiment Analysis will be suggested , with the aim of improving the accuracy of these software for telephone triage assistance. In conclusion, this studium is hoped to be useful as reference in future development of Sentiment Analysis based softwares orientated to telephone triage and telenursing assistance.
