Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consta de dos fases. En la primera se pretende hacer una reflexión sobre la urbanización del barrio. La propuesta se basa en tres puntos fundamentales: mejorar la movilidad de la zona, re-naturalización del barrio y, como último, generar nuevos equipamientos con la idea de crear un nuevo motor de animación del barrio. En la segunda fase, se trata el desarrollo de un complejo deportivo en la parte Oeste del barrio.

[EN] The project consists of two phases. The first is intended to reflect on the urbanization of the neighborhood. The proposal is based on three fundamental points: improving the mobility of the area, re-naturalization of the neighborhood and, as a last resort, generating new facilities with the idea of creating a new motor for neighborhood animation.In the second phase, the development of a sports complex in the West part of the neighborhood is discussed.
